MayaRealm ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company") operates mobile and PC applications, including games and related digital products (collectively, the "Apps" or "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using any MayaRealm App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Apps.

1.3 Purchase Information

• Purchase history for in-app purchases, processed through the applicable platform's billing system (such as Google Play Billing, Apple's In-App Purchase system, or Steam). We do not directly collect or store your payment card details; these are handled entirely by the platform's payment processor.

1.4 Push Notification Data

• If you enable push notifications, we may collect a device push token to deliver notifications about updates, events, or in-app activity.

1.5 Account and Authentication Data

• Where our Apps use third-party authentication or backend services (such as Unity Gaming Services, Google Play Games Services, or similar), we may receive a unique player identifier to support features such as leaderboards, cloud saves, or cross-device progress.

04Advertising

Our Apps may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob and Unity Ads. These networks may use device identifiers and other technical information to serve ads, measure ad performance, and, where permitted, personalize ads based on your interests.

Where an App's audience includes children, we configure our advertising integrations to request only non-personalized, family-friendly advertising content, and we do not knowingly transmit advertising identifiers for users identified as children, consistent with applicable platform policies.

05Children's Privacy

Some MayaRealm Apps may be directed at, or accessible to, a general audience that includes children. We take the following steps to protect children's privacy:

• We do not knowingly collect more personal information from children than is reasonably necessary to provide the App's functionality.
• We do not use personal information from children for personalized advertising.
• Any advertising shown to children is limited to non-personalized, contextually served, family-friendly content.
• We do not knowingly permit children to make purchases without appropriate platform-level parental controls in place.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information beyond what is necessary for the App to function, please contact us using the details in Section 10, and we will take appropriate steps to review and, where necessary, delete that information.
